The Studio by Moxie

Based in Overland Park, KS. We are located in a Kansas suburb of Kansas City, MO.

When it comes to birthdays, celebrations, classes, and art workshops, us creative thinkers and tinkerers are constantly on the lookout for the next fun art making experience.

As a mom of 3, a former high school Art Teacher in SMSD, and a daily creative, I couldn’t find the unique art experience for myself and my kids that I painted in my Pinterest loving imagination. I wanted more options than just painting a canvas or painting pottery. I couldn’t find it, so I created it!!! This is literally our Field of Dreams art studio where adults (and kids) learn to cut tiles and glass for beautiful and unique mosaics, create watercolor paintings on 140lb cold pressed watercolor paper, assemble and paint a wooden sign for the front door or living room wall, and so much more!!

In 2023, Moxie Art Parties, became Moxie Art Studio and we opened our first brick & mortar art studio for kids and adults!!! Literally dream come true - still pinching myself! Moxie Art Studio is the creative space from my art and kid loving dreams!!! A party experience for myself and my girls grew into a fantastically fun sand art party company, and we’ve now expanded to include the new Studio by Moxie!! Visit the new Studio by Moxie and learn to mosaic, paint, and watercolor - no experience necessary.
